INGREDIENTI
250 g di mandorle spellate
200 g di cioccolato fondente
100 g di zucchero
120 g di biscotti secchi
1 uovo
PREPARAZIONE
Sciogliete a bagnomaria il cioccolato con qualche cucchiaino di acqua. Unite anche lo zucchero e, quando sarà ben sciolto e amalgamato, aggiungete l’uovo, le mandorle tritate e i biscotti sbriciolati grossolanamente, lavorando bene il tutto, sempre sul fuoco. Trasferite il composto su un foglio di carta da forno e dategli la forma di un salame, quindi con l’aiuto del foglio stesso, compattatelo bene. Mettete in frigo per 3 ore. Eliminate la carta da forno e, a piacere, legate il dolce con spago da cucina come fosse un salame, quindi servitelo tagliato a fette.
